Is your website secure?

Do you accept paypal?

Not yet, but we will be offering this shortly.

can I return the print if there is a fault?

Yes, if you find a fault in our product use the return authorisation below for a replacement or refund.

what payment methods do You offer?

We offer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and direct deposit.

How long will deliver take?

Please allow up to 10 working days for print and delivery.

How Much does shipping cost?

All shipping is $20.00 flat rate, Australia wide for one or more canvas prints, per order.

Do you offer free shipping?

For all orders over $200 shipping is free, Australia wide.

What if the print is damaged during transport?

Although rare, it does happen from time to time. Please take an image of the damage and obtain a return authorisation and we will replace it.

Do the prints have a warranty?

The product has a 25-year product guarantee.  Warranty is against manufacturer’s defects only and does not cover mistreatment, abuse or neglect.

Can I clean my canvas print?

If required, give it a quick clean using a dusting cloth or vacuum with brush attachment. Your canvas won’t like getting wet, please don’t use any kind of cleaning liquid to wipe or spray it. 

any other suggestions for caring for my canvas print?

If you keep your canvas free of dust, moisture and direct sunlight, it will last for many years.

Do canvas prints have a protective coating?

No coating is applied to the canvas and latex inks are used which have protective qualities.

What are the canvas Print Frames made of?

Frames are made of kiln-dried plantation pine wood and have a depth of 3cm.

Are your canvas prints made in Australia?

Yes, our high-quality frames are made here in Australia and have a raised lip along their edges to prevent indentations from appearing on the canvas photo prints.
